Had Trial drive, This can be ideal vehicle for under fifteen..!! And plain Road drive use only. I have come accross Electric Step thru bike 20 years ago in my Native town who used to rent out..!! In 18 Inches Cycle. Price of Eco vehicle in Bangalore is around Rs.33000 as per my enquiry. In my trial drive Vehicle donot able to pull me up with full accleration., Atlast have to get down give full accleration and also come one has to push the vehicle...? If one consider the parts of the vehicle I guess IT may be from parts rejected from TVS Scooty PEP [Body , Zing Rear lamps ] I suggest one can go in for Luna wings or TFR which is single seater vehicle. for those who are sick of by-cyccling. [ When I was in school days I used to travel 14 + 14 kms for school in By-cycle ] The only concern I used to carry Bigger lunch Box where in I will have 2 lunch or Silentely Eat sitting down side of the class room when class is going on. That is different fun. My Couple of months I used to go to school driving grand father cycle putting the leg below the Bar and holding the handle in the Left hand only. My Grand father gifted me By-cycle, Even though I was given pocket money for travelling in Bus [ Every day 30 paise ] I used to save the bus transportation cost and couple of friends put together pool the fund and have fun during vaccation time with the funds. Instead of Manufacturing Eko vehicle Company can come with Add-on Electric drive kits for By-cycle for motorised driving. which will be Ideal to use. Note: From our village in Bycycle many mens used to carry 2 Big Jute bags of Rice Approx 60 kgs Each. Also Gas supply personals used to carry around 3x20 kgs of cylinder in Bycycle. A man of 60 capable of taking pay-load of 120 kgs in Bycycle. But Eco scoot is useless product for India at this cost. Where in Thier bycycle will have Rear sprocket : 22 or 24 Teath one, and Crank with 36 or 40 Teeth version. [Old Atlas cycle has 40 teeth crank ] Be aware : Eko vehicle are there to kill your moeny Ego. Company have to work in better way for retro fit kit for by-cycle. So that when ever person want to do easy drive in plain road one can switch to motor drive. Vehicle battery weight will be around 25 kgs, And body weight will be around 30 kgs, and person driving in vehicle will be around 60 kgs, With this point If you want to climb up slope you donot have a pedal up wheel. [ In moped one can find where in one can reduce pedal to boost up engine pickup whicle climbing up-hill ] Instead of stylish pattern they have to come up with retro fits for mopheds or Electric mophed which will pick up thier sales. - Rajan
Simly buy a Small OX from village or Donkey, Train them for couple of months and few MNC can market the same, [ REplacement for petrol driven Engines ]
One can Custom do Chasis for Rs. 3000 . You have to feed the OX or Donkey from your office Canteen Left over food stuff ..!! There by Easy to maintain.
I donot have words to say on Eko Vehicle Battery operated one sold in India.
