Fitness is one of the useful things in our daily life. We all know that fitness plays an important role in your life to get fit your body. I was remember that I was join this gym centre around 1 years ago. I think that by joining gym my fat reduces and my weight become normal. At that time my weight was overweight But I am feel sad after joining this gym centre it doesnt have good equipments for exercises. At this gym the team members are also have poor quality eqipments. In the starting they trained me for streching my body and to take light weight dumbles.But over all the quality of equipments are not good to use. I was trained there around 2 months after that I leave that gym because of some family issue. But I will suggest you to avoid these types of fake Gym centre.
