I bought videocon Utsav 21 inch TV on 15th Oct. 2006 and enjoying watching every thing without any problem till 16th april, 2011, even it fell down one time on its screen side on floor 6 months back. I never visited service center as it did not require.
I am very much satisfied with the performance in every aspect. I transported it 4 years back via train about 750 Km distance. But from yesterday evening suddenly I facing a display problem in which picture is enlarged too much vertchandru021y with 2 inch normal strip on top. the below one in spite of enlarged picture, it has fine grid line horizontally.
The logo of channel on right top and footer note on bottom in partially visible. Before, it has happened, from last one week, TV automatchandru021y stop and start and words of volume or menu is looking some time light grey instead of normal white. remaining is normal. Can you suggest me what could be cause for such type of display. Product durability and performance is also depend on personnel handling and care.
So I don't think, it is a average TV. I would say it is a good TV if you compare the all feature with other TV with same price rate. my e-mail: kushwaharb@rediffmail.com. Yours suggestion would help in repair and preclude from undue charges and many more.
