This machine prize in bugged and it is very reliable look is good power is good and the best thing that its saving is best of power.
Thus water into the washing chamber has to be filled externally and not through the inlet provided to the machine.
We tried to get the part replaced. But we could not get the spare part in the service shops of videocon. its operate everyone easy . services support also good very energy saving and durable washing machine is videocon me using the same for 2 years, nice performance.some problem in it like sometimes noise of "khat khat" but its fine I neglect it .its very good product.
