#1. User friendly: No. Its body is made up with very bad plastic and you see few things start cracking after the most delicate use. On the back of fridge there's a thin tube that's gas tube and I don't know why it's coming out. I day I thought that it's the wire hanging and I didn't want my kid to touch it. I touched and it was hot. This fridge is very odd. I do not understand why instead of making things sleek and simple it is made hard to operate. To make this fridge defrost or raise the operating temperature you have to read the manual as it's very complex.
(b) Durability: This's an averagely built fridge and you will find that durability a lot depends upon the usage also. The kind of vessels that you put in on the shelf. Still the side rubber sealing is bad and unfortunately I did not noticed it when the fridge was deliverer to my house. After just 3 months of usage I found that the rubber seal had cracks and I contacted the dealer and then the company itself. I got this changed under warranty. The serviceman was nice and he simple informed the back-end team that crack in the seal were not due to mishandling. Serviceman also informed me that with this model rubber seal has issue and he has changed it for few other customers also. He also informed me the the lighting unit also has an issue and if 1 light that is inside the hood of the first tray in fridge is not coming ON then you call us. It lead to 1 more problem and that is that Fridger power unit also gets impacted and this needs to be fixed. The fuse for both this lighting and Fridger is common. At last I asked him that have I made a mistake by buy this model. He said it's not the best but not very bad also
(C) Handy: There's no extra ordinary feature in this fridge that makes it handy. You have to use the extra power the extra change it's position. It's not easy to move this unit from 1 place to another.
(d) Style & Design: It is stylish and looks very appealing. Compressor I am informed by dealer is very good and is the heart of every fridge and in this unit the best compressor that the company has produced is present this I have been informed by dealer and serviceman. I personally too did not encountered any issues with the cooling in both compartment of the unit that is fridge and the fridger. There're other issues with this fridge but it look stylish at least from outside. Design wise it's not good and you'll kind it as soon as you start using it. You cannot adjust your trays and this makes store almost prototype, you have to buy plastic containers that easy fit's in but in a big family the left over food doesn't fit in small box and when you have to use more than 1 box to put all the food in fridge this make you frustrating and this will happen with you as I do not know how impractically this unit is designed that the most important usage of storing the food properly isn't kept in mind. May be this model serves well in some other market but for India and Indian Kitchen this model is very disappointing. Bad part is you won't notice this thing when you see the brand new fridge. I had to pull off 1 tray so that the regular vessel can be stored in fridge. I'm not happy with the design.
(E) Service & Support: It's somewhat OK. On 1 occasion I got a normal service that time I had a less cooling issue and the serviceman seems to be confused and spent almost 8 hours and did not figured out what's wrong. I had to sleep and asked him to come tomorrow. Next day he came with 1 more serviceman and they both resolved the issue but as per the conversation he was not able to diagnose the issue properly and opened the unit that was normal in fridge. I later found that 1 plate inside was not screwed properly and 1 behind the fridge was left unscrewed. Even on third day they came and finally fixed the issue. I was not happy and I informed this unprofessional service to Support team but they didn't seemed to be very concerned.
Please avoid buying this product. It's not something that can fulfill all your needs.
