I choose videocon because of it's plans. If everything goes well for you than, it's okay otherwise you will find no body to listen your complaint.
I was having issue with my GPRS balance validity. Whenever I typed 1233# it showed that it will end on 1st march and it ended on 29th feb. Customer care told me that it should end on 28th. What a big joke with customer.
U can feel from the response that "It was my luck that my GPRS plan didn't end on that particular day" and told me that information is complete and I will have to disconnect your call".
Most of time you will hear, irritating KHarar kHARAD sound in the middle. I think this is the problem with my mobile's speaker, but it was with Videocon.
I also mailed them, and got a auto reply that my mail has been delivered to them, otherwise there is no response even after two weeks passed. I will port out soon from this company, when I will use my remaining balance.
Their GPRS speed was good earlier but now they have throttled it up to 128Kbps while I was getting up to 236 Kbps before throttling. I don't know How TRAI could provide licenses to such type of companies who don't know the meaning of customer care.
They are providing attractive plans but once you get in trouble, you will not find anybody to assist you.
