Videocon integra review. Review on Videocon LCD TV 20X

I bought a videocon integra from an exhibition held in bandra, mumbai 2 yrs back. I had the tv delivered on time. Its costed me 25000 inr. as soon as I purchased it, I noticed the picture quality wasn't that great and the video was grainy. I called the videocon service center and was told that a technician would attend within 24hrs. as promised he came next morning and saw the video. he asked me to call my cable tv provider saying it is a frequency fault and that the tv is fine.

I called the cable guy while the technician was still there. cable guy came in and said its not his fault and that he is providing the same frequency to all his customers. the videocon technician insisted him to adjust the frequency in a certain range for my home, and finally the cable guy had to agree. to my surprise the picture quality was crystal clear.

I was then told by the technician that LCD tv's require a different frequency. His technical knowledge and experience could be seen and I was happy that the issue was resolved on time. though he charged me 300 as visiting charges. I have never had a problem with the tv since then, apart from the fact that the sound isnt that great. its a 100 watt sound system only. I have connected external 5.1 speakers and a woofer which cost me a further 2000 inr and it's working awesome till now. 5.1 speakers + televison speakers make it 7.1 and a woofer for me, which gives awesome sound
