LCD TV started giving problems even when it was in the Warranty Period. After the warrenty period got over more problems started cropping up. Each visit by the representatives of the company costs Rs 800+ so think twice before you call them. Even our friends are facing the same problem. Their TV also had problems within the warranty period but the service guys refused to replace the product. And of course, we have to pay the charges for repairing of the faulty product they manufacture!
Do not purchase from videocon.
