Poor customer services. Review on Videocon 6 kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine (WM VF60C35-GWG)

Hi everyone today I am going to share with you about my tye Videocon 6 kg fully automatic front load washing machine which I had brought few years back. Intially the washing machine does good functioning later on the problems with this washing machines. I called the customer service and rised the complaint to solve the issue. Each item I called them they solved it but its giving me a continuous issues. Their service people are not that to expect in solving the problem without any issues. Also tye drum system was very disturbing and gives me a much nosie. The cost was ok but durability is not good. The style and the design, user friendly all functions are just average only. Still needs a good manufacturings of the washing machine. I found less quality in the spare parts used in the machine. I just want to choose another option better than this at such price
