My family is using this videocon 6kg full automatic washing machine for last 9months. When I using this washing machine the first 2 months this videocon washing machine is functioning very good.
After that problems are arising frequently. The service time for this company is very high. The other main problem is that when we washing there is a annoying sound is arising. Also the ground which is placed the washing machine is vibrating.
The style and design of this washing machine is nice. The other problem is the water drainer pipe Is leaking at the fixing. The material used for making the videocon washing machine is low quality materials. So this washing machine is not a durable one. Service and support from their company is very low. They dont treating the customers in the right way. I don't think that this is the best washing machine in this price range. I don't recommend this washing machine to anyone.
