Hi friends today I am sharing my personal experience this videocon washing machine.videocon 6kg fully automatic front load washing machine which I had bought 4 years back.Initialy this washing machine does good functioning later on the problems with this modal washing machine.so I calledthe their customer service and say my complaints to solve the issue.Their service people are not that to except in solving the problem without any issue.also try drum system was very disturbing and gives me much noise.the cost was high but ok and it's durability is very bad.the style and design, user friendly all functions are just average only.still needs a good manufacturing of the washing machine.I found less quality in the spare parts are used in the machine.I just want choose another option better this at such price.thank you.
