I regret going to Vibes Madhapur like anything. For a small service like waxing, you can expect your 2 hours to be wasted. 1 plus hour for waiting them see organize everything required for waxing and rest for the service. They behave as the busiest people on this earth, while you can see their rooms empty!
Even if you take appointment, you will not get service on time. And if you have any coupon like groupon or mydala.they will treat you like a beggar and make you request for every small thing. They will not provide complete services on same day as mentioned or selected from the voucher. You will have to call them everyday for your second appointment.
They will only consider the first beautician attended you and even if you are in urgent need of service, they will not swap the work with other beautician. if you do not have a hard heart.they can bring you to tears in no time!
HIGHLY IRRITATING STAFF OR MANAGEMENT I HAVE SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE SO FAR.AVOID THEM!
