I feel this review is:
Viber provides us free calling facility and video calling also .but as there are now many softwares such as skype and imo that viber is not so much famous now. actually skype and other platforms are very famous, and now in india even jio is giving free video calling so viber is not so useful . one big reason for the failure of viber is that it did not improve gradually and its features are quite pathetic in video callings it lags a bit in chat even the picture quality is not good as skype gave us.the design and concept are bit same as others but as I said that there are now lots of platforms for video calls and free chat therefore I didn't found viber much useful.you can try jio voice calls or imo rather than viber.
