I feel this review is:
I have booked a flight chd to delhi for 31st July. I selected airline Air India for 1 40 pm and the amounts showing was about 6300 for 2 tickets. When I paid through my card suddenly they would charge 6500+ taking some convenience charges. that is just to attract customers from good sites like Makemytrip to keep fares low during initial checks and fleece them on final checkout. And then comes the real surprise, they book me a different airline Indigo that is 11 55 in morning which I cannot fly. I call them up and they ask to email so they can check logs. In email replies they disagrees that anything done from their end and I selected wrong flight. Over that the Indigo flight was cheaper when I selected Air India and they charged me the Air India rates and gave me these tickets. As the fares online keep on changing these guys completely deny any wrongdoing. They will not refund and neither listen you. I have contacted my lawyer to put a complaint with consumer forum. Guys please avoid these frauds.
