I booked a refundable international flight using this website.


The ticket was cancelled on the day of travel and it's being more than 68 days now and I'm still waiting for the refund. Every time I follow-up with them the customer service have the same response that they are currently waiting for the refund to come from the airline.


With this kind of experience in the first instance, I am never going to use this website again and to anyone who is reading this review, I strongly recommend please do not use this option for your bookings.
