Hi, I am here to share the worst experience of mine with Via.com. I booked three flight tickets from Singapore to Xingyi China .Our return flight was cancelled by the airline company, so we had to buy another ticket back to Singapore.After that, I sent four emails to the company to apply for a refund.They never reply me. I also contacted them over the phone many times, but everytime the staff gave me the same answer " I don't know the thing.", when I asked to talk to the manager, she said the manager was not at the office. Now it has been two weeks, I didn't get any reply from the company. I start to question if it is a fraud company. I will never book a ticket from this company .
