I booked one tkt from lucknow to delhi, and the contact no. which I revived was coming switch off, any how I got the another no. he again gave me another no. when I talked him, he told bus is not going through my boarding point which I selected, he told me to reach to another bording point, then he charged me 200 rs more to give sleeper seat, while I already selected the sleeper seat.
when I tired to register my complain all time they cut my call.
this is totally fraud company
