We booked 2 tickets to New York. 1st of all while booking it showed 1 stop but later I received itinerary with 2 stops. I called them within 1hour of booking to cancel the ticket since the itinerary is different than what I booked. Have been chasing them for last 15 days, but they refuse to cancel.
Customer service sucks completely. PLEASE PLEASE DONT BOOK HERE. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. Will need to lodge a complaint against them.
This is completely unacceptable behaviour.
