I had a very bad experience with this site . I had cancelled a flight ticket booked through via.com .But to my surprise I was told that refund will take more than 30 working days, contrary to the claims made on their site which says cancellation return will not take more than 4 business days.
Whenever you call them a new person picks up the call and tells a new time lines and new excuses .
People be aware of this site and don't go for the lucrative offers on the site because at the time of booking your money will be deducted and you will be surprised .
Go with more genuine sites(yatra, makemytrip), best thing is to book tickets from the individual companies site as this eliminate, s the issues caused by these mediators and new excuses .
