Athis is about my recent experience with via. com mobile app. I am Nikhil Kumar from new delhi, working as software engineer in Bangalore location.
Few days back I planned to book my flight tickets to delhi from bangalore. I searched for few sites like yatra. com, makemytrip. com and goibibo. com but from above I found via. com has more offer available as a new user. so I tried installing it in my phone!
As there were only 2 tickets left on my planning dates so I quickly choosing dates and booking for it, after going through all the processes, I payed my amound through net banking, as that was the cheapest flight to choose on my planned date so I heartly wanted it to be booked.
But after submitting all my details I found that booking was not confirmed and the amount has got deducted from my account as well. I thought this should not happen and tried calling there customer care so that they could return my amount soon. Instead of that they asked me to book it again after clearing cache of the app and told that ur deducted amount will be added back soon. As told I booked ticket again via another id on the same app and after going through all the process and payment. I stucjed again with the same situation., finally I decided not to book tickets with this app again. As my first time coupon code also got wasted plus my amount got deducted with booking tickets successfully and the most painfull part, The flight while already full till I moved to my next option. As a result I have to pay 1000 rupees extra for the same day. So this is my true review. Maybe or may not this will not be the case with with, but this is what happened with me, Thanks.
