For the past few days, I had been sending more than 10 emails and 5 complaint call to request VIA.com to help to change the gender of a traveler which I key in wrongly . but their response is really horrible. After 5 days till now, my problem haven;t solve and I still waiting for them to response.

I will like to compliant of your poor service on your staff Huzalf Ulla, Kiran, Niveditha and signa.


For the past 36 hrs, I had been sending 8 emails and 3 phone calls to kiran, niveditha and signa which keep pushing away from my appeal and request.


kiran, niveditha and signa promise to get back to me by either calling me or email me, but after waiting for entire day, no one follow up.


My request is very simple, for the past few days, I had purchase 4 tickets at your via.com


FMNSG101N2GZBE, FMNSG101N4HHW8 FMNSG101NL7ZNA and FMNSG101NBZG0J.


As I am not familiarize with your website format I had make a mistake by keying wrongly the Gender of one of the traveler from Miss Zhou zhen to MR.


I had call Thai Airline as they had reply me that they will make a remark on the Gender of Miss Zhou Zhen at their system,


as it a minor issue, Thai Airline won't be charging on the amendment cost. but there want me to contact back you to help to reissued the ticket.


When I email(6 emails) a request to your SG Support, after 18 hour not reply, after a phone call to complaint, finally, Huzalf Ulla reply with a email that will cost me$75 for amendment fee, therefore I sent him 2 email for his helping to waive off or lower the amendment fee, but sad to said until now there is not reply.


Calling to kiran, niveditha and signa, to complaint and seek for assign or to speak to your in charge, which promise to help and till now no reply also


As a regular customer, I am really very disappointed on your service.


I hereby request the In Charges Personal wiil call or reply me ASAP.
