I booked Semi Sleeper A/C bus to Dasmasthala from bangalore on 5th March without pre intimation bus has been cancelled and until I call them in the last minuet they said its changed for sum other operator. then he given other number when I called to that number he given another number and told to call that number. when I call to that number he told to go and sit in some maharaja travels which is local bus without AC and actual my boarding time was 10:45PM but this bus started in majastic(Bangalore) at 11:45. this is very pathetic.
I seriously not acceptable from the company like Via.com and till now regarding that I dint received any apology. when I trying to add an complaint in website its not working. this kind of a websites should be their for customer service specially in travel field.
