Few days back I have booked two rooms at gurupriya hotel through via.com and done payment of Rs. 2523 through debit, but after deduction of amount the hotel management denied the service and cancelled the booking.so unable to get service from them.
However, as money got deducted but no service provided by them. Regarding this I have contacted there relvent voice team but did't get proper solution till now.Not expected this customer unsatisfaction from them. And for this thing so many dayz got over and still no refund I got from them. Very bad experience they gave me.
