FlightRaja. Review on Via

Update on Mar 1 2007.

Thanks to MouthShut, FlightRaja have reverted back immediately and have promised to look into this matter which they claim is a mistake from their payment gateway services provider

Will update this once I have more informations.

I booked a return ticket for Bangalore - Trivandrum on Sep 21st and there were the following problems

1. The JET Airways personnel refused to allow us to board since the ticket apparently was not valid and Jet had sent the message back to FlightRaja(FR) regarding the same.But FR just did not bother to inform me and I had to fight with the Jet guys to board the flight.The return journey by Air deccan was peaceful.

   
   




2. When my Standard Chartered statement was sent to me, I notice two transactions with EOSWEB(The merchant name for FR) with the same amount of Rs 5793.I raised it with SCB who promptly agreed the second was a duplicate transaction and duly canceled it.

   
   




3. 5 months after this incident SCB  sent me a fresh statement and a letter stating that FR had made a claim that I had made the two transactions.

   
   

I reached out to FR through their helpline and they kept saying that I may have clicked on the button twice and other such flimsy answers.I am still chasing them.Please stay away from these cheats .you are better off buying tickets from the airlines themselves
