I had booked tkt to BKK via this website and there is issue with passenger last name and and Via.com doesnt take the responsibility of taking it up with the airlines and they tend to put us into trouble even after we key in everything as per passport details.
Its the responsibility of the agent to take up the issue with the airline instead of putting us into trouble and ofcourse we can help them when any information is needed from our side.So do not take risk go and book through other good websites.
