I booked bus ticket for 18th April, 2016 through via.com.
Bus operator Deep Travels cancelled bus at last minute.
I have to make alternate arrangement by spending lots of money.
I have taken-up for refund with via. com.
via.com refused to give me refund stating that, bus operator run the bus on that day.
Both via.com and bus operator are cheating customer like me.
I recommend never ever use via.com portal for booking any air, bus service.
