I feel this review is:
Recently my sis and I booked a flight to BKK with via.com only to realized our surname was left out in the booking. This is a mandatory field before we can proceed with the booking. However via.com can't do anything about it and Thai airway requires full name to issue ticket. Via.com can't refund our tickets at all! And airline can't do anything since it is booked with a third party. We are so disappointed. Never booking with via.com
