I had booked two way bus ticket in September, 2016 and cancelled the same on day of my travel, Since bus was not operating and this update, I did not receive from VIA.com. I myself called to the operator to check on the arrival time and same was give to VIA executive, until then even they are not aware of this.
So, you can think on there service level here and I have like this many example to share. But, I do not want to waste much of my time. So, I am taking 5 minutes of my time to post this.
They took almost 3 months of time to refund just one way fare after dedication, likes service charge, internet charges, ETC, which is baseless charges
And, I don't think they will refund my return fare.
So - Finally my advise, to save your time and money do not reserve or book any tickets thru VIA.com
