Dear Sir,


We had Booked  Hotel at Gulmarg Thru WebSite VIA.COM booking Id:


FMN1P1OYHLZ on 16-5-2016 for the date of 31-5-2016  . At The Time of Booking They were Showing The Option to use SUMMERSALE CODE  To Get The Discount  on Booking, I Had Seen The Discount of Rs. 6500 But  when I made payment Thru Net banking They Deducted  Complete Amount( Without Discount of Rs. 6500/-) When I Given a Compliant over Mail They Are Refuse to accept .


My  Humble Request to all Persons Not to Book from VIA.COM,  they are Fraud, Cheater  You will be in Great Trouble
