Access to versova beach is from Andheri. fairey boats from Madh island comes to versova. This beach is mostly occupied by fishermen. The beach lacks basic amenities like life guards. Although the nearby area is developed and has many places to explore, the beach is still in bad shape.
You can absolutely visit this beach if you are fish lover, fishermen do the auctions of fresh fish here. You will always smell fish on this beach. Beach is mostly filled with resident fishermen and their boats, fish nets etc.There are food stalls, hoarse rides etc on beach.
Water is not so clean. Versova fort is also nearby from the beach.
