"Santhi Janapati" is worst HRBP manager, she is not even having basic ethics or skills of HR. I doubt whether she knows full form of HRBP:).
She don't know how to take interview and asks stupid or irrelevant questions:).she is not having proper communication skill or HR Business Partner qualities ?…Very arrogant lady, no listening skills…only one side conversations. Poor lady, but she thinks like she is head of Verizon HR.
