I PURCHASED 15 LT VENUS I MYST WATER HEATER ON 4/1/11. AFTER INSTALLATION, THE APPLIANCE WAS NOT WORKING AT ALL. SO I CONTACTED THEIR KOLKATA SERVICE CENTRE AND RECEIVED DOCKET NO.(THEY DON'T HAVE 24 HRS TOLLFREE CONTACT CENTRE). BUT THEIR SERVICE ENGINEER DIDN'T TURN UP FOR 3 DAYS. I AGAIN CONTACTED THEIR SERVICE CENTRE. THEY TOLD THEIR SERVICE PERSONNEL CAME BACK FROM MY RESIDENCE AS MY DOOR WAS LOCKED. PRACTICALLY MY DOOR WAS NOT LOCKED. MY FAMILY MEMBERS WERE PRESENT. AFTER THAT THEIR SERVICE FELLOW REPAIRED THE FAULT OF THE NEWLY PURCHASED GEYSER.
AGAIN IN JUNE/JULY THE GEYSER WAS NOT TURNING ON. AGAIN I CONTACTED THEIR KOLKATA SERVICE CENTRE. AGAIN I FACED THE SAME PROBLEM. FOR THE FIRST DOCKET THEY DIDN'T ATTEND MY RESIDENCE. THEREAFTER, FOR SECOND DOCKET THEIR SERVICE ENGINEER CHANGED THE DIGITAL PANEL CIRCUIT. WITHIN 6/7 MONTHS THE APPLIANCE TURN OFF TWO TIMES.
I'LL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO PURCHASE VENUS WATER GEYSER.
