I have an account with them, First of all their sales representatives do not have full information of their products, they just try to pitch and sell their product to you. When I opened an account(D-Mat) with them they said that if you do not use full deposited amount as brokerage and close the account, then we will just deduct Rs. 450 and rest of the amount will be credited in your Account, Now after six months when I want to close my account they are saying that they will not refund any amount.( I deposited Rs. 5000).
Secondly, the sales person told me that once I deposit Rs. 5000, I just need to pay the price of the share I will purchase and rest other charges and taxes will be deducted from my deposited amount, but now they are only deducting Brokerage out of that amount and rest of the Taxes and other charges are being deducted from my Bank account. The say that while trading with them teir other charges will be the lowest in the market, but it is not at all. their application sometimes does not work correctly.
thrid, I gave them areferal and they promised to credit Rs. 1000 as referral bonus to my bank account, Now when I am asking about this to them, they say that there was no such scheme and they just kept that money as well with them.
