I was having a trading and demat account with ventura securities. But in 1 year experience I found that they do not care about tehir customer after opening the account.
because while opening the account they offer a lot many things, but after start trading they do not listen, if you have some complain either about trading platform, or your cash transaction( whether about deposit or withdraw), they will tell you to contact the head office instead of solving from branch level.
SO now I have stopped trading with them, and they always force to buy mutual fund which is very bad habit from their sales team.
And they do not keep their commitment about the services and charge while opening of the trading account.
