Not bad but still customer service is important. Review on Ventura1

I have demat account with ventura I like the brokerage which they have compare to any other brokerage companies but still the product is not fully developed... it gives lots of trouble while trading and I had a loss of almost 50k and couldnt recover... and the buy or sell calls which they send is not performing its 1 out of 5 calls might turn around.....

And they dont have a clear environment.. because for trading we need to use home pc and cant trade from office.. since we need seperate software called pointer and to order from office we need to call ventura and there is no strict data protection if u tell ur client code they directly help u with any questions .... any one can misuse the id...... and also I was informed that if u call ventura it is toll free number and then when I called them they said that its not toll free.... and its a landline number in case of emergency u cant contact them.. so overall my satisfaction is 50 - 50...   bye..
