Please don't open an account on ventura1 . Worst service! Let me tell you the issues I faced. They came to me took my docs assuring me account will be opened in 5 days .I waited for 15 days and account was not opened.Then I called some 100 times and finally shouted at the agents and they gave me login credentials. After that I was trying to login it was not working.Again I had to call number of people and had to send many mails. Finally that started working, now one more issue surfaced that is they did not inform me that we cannot link citi bank account to ventura1 trading software . Those guys did not tell me anything about this. Again I had to call mail, mail again and there was no satisfactory answer and one one told me to open an account in icici. The customer service is the wooooooorst I can say compared to any other private companies in India .Better go with Sharekhaan or Icici Direct. I lost 3.5 k and also mental peace for many days.I wasted many days by trying to call them .They will never call u .
