As I see various complaints, Ventura pointer software is unreliable and has serious bugs. It misleads the customer on data, which comes from their own software. When accosted, their local delhi guys have no clue and ask us to write to their CRM.
This CRM department, only issues acknowledgement instantly and thereafter duck answers all the time. When we contact them on ohone.
They send us to 4 /5 different persons, none of them capable to answer! They Donot give their CEO e mail address or name or phone number, even if we ask them on phone or by mail! When we write toCEO@ ventura1.com, there is total silence.not even an acknowledgement.working with them is very dangerous as they are not a customer friendly company nor do they have effective complaint redressal mechanisms.they Donot even understand seriousness of wrong data emAnasultanting from their own system at different place! Gold bless this company, which is run by non professionals.
