I took my wife to KS Hospital in Velachery based on word of mouth recommendations which were largely very positive and the other factor being proximity to our residence. Dr. Balakumari is a seasoned professional and puts the patients at ease during the first consultation itself. She is very cordial and offers professional and personal advice to the patients.
The doctor is very forthcoming and communicates well with the patients and families.The staff at the hospital are also very nice and this must be really credited since I have seen many big hospitals where the staff are mechanical and just go about the routine monotonously. It does have a negative impact on the patients. But here the atmosphere is very pleasant. I can vouch that this hospital provides personalized quality health care at a very reasonable cost. My wife delivered a baby boy on 6th July normally and thanks to KS hospital for that.
I would definitely recommend this hospital to friends.
