Unsatisfactory product. Review on Veet

This is worst product I have ever used.Direction don't say how long to leave it so I left it for maybe 5 mins. No hair came off, my skin where the product became brown blotchy and red and sticky as hell. The sticky will not come off, the wipes they put in the package is worthless.
