Horrible Rajasthan experience.Waste of time&money. Review on Veenaworld

Had booked my wife & kids with veena world for Rajasthan trip in August. It turned out to be horrible experience & left my wife/Kids annoyed.

1. Cancellation of Tent stay(highlight of the trip) at the last minute. We booked this holiday just because of tent stay.

   
   




2. Accommodation and food very sub standard(accommodation at Desert resort was good but that was just one night)

   
   




3. Hindi was used as the preferred language(understandbly) but would have suggested to use english as my kids are small & have no proficiency in Hindi as of yet. My wife suggested them to use English but it was of little help as local guides cannot speak any other language.

   
   




4. one night the food was so bad that no one ate. However, the staff didn't arrange for the alternative even after complaining.

   
   




5. Site seeing just included forts and it was all the same and boring. No variety at all.

   
   




6. Nothing for kids at all. Veena world didn't pay attention on all age groups.

   
   




7. Bus services were very bad & basic. imagine how bad it would be in scorching weather of rajasthan.

   
   




8. NO WIFI. Absolutely NO WIFI in any of the hotels.

   
   




9. Few hotels were new and under construction and we always had issues either with TV, telephone, Water, AC in all the hotels

   
   




10. My wife suffered food poisoning after have the night time meal and my daugther suffered from hyper acidity & regurgitation .

    
    

Overall a very bad experience. Won't suggest it to anyone. If you are looking for a good holiday package strictly avoid.
