I had make booking for 4 members for Europe tour and due to COVID 19, after number of follow-up on status of tour finally decided to cancel tour. I have told them that I would be intrested in furture tours but later looking at the spread decided to cancel tour and seaked for refund to which Veena world agreed in email as well as phone call and said would refund in 2 weeks. When despite 3 weeks form by did not receive money I followed up, Veena world executive started giving all other silly accounting issues and denied refund.
This is cheating and total misuse of there authority, urge everyone to please not make booking with Veena world, instead find other better tour operator.
