I went there during December with my family. It is a nice place for a quiet stay for a weekend. The rooms are clean and to modern taste. Pool with a kids pool annexe kept the kids engaged. The food was excellent, made to order. The staff were friendly, ready to help. Economical too. The holiday fitted our expectations to have some quality time together with the family Thanks Vedic Village.
Cons
1) Nothing much to do outside the resort except Cherai beach, Kodunaglloor Bhagavathy temple or you stretch yourselves to a trip to Kochi.May get bored after 2 days.
Tips
Order food early. Will take time as it is made only for us. But worth waiting.
