Sir, Greetings, our car SWIFT Vxi insurance due for renewal during the month of November 2015, accordingly advanced information has been received, for this we are grateful, further, we confirmed through car insurance executives that can be changed to other company, as per guidance from show room, insurance customer care executives, and accordingly, we paid requisite amount in the form of cheque.
Now we are receiving continuous calls from insurance section/executive(s) either in the form of confirmation/or reasons for changing the company. This fact has already been intimated prior to appointment and all the work completed.
