This review is about Varun Motors Gachibowli Hyderabad Service Center.Keep away from them, probably worst Maruti Service Center in the country.
Recently got my Wagon R repaired @ Varun Motors Gachibowli Hyderabad. They recommended Clutch change which I agreed, took two days though initially promised same day delivery.
1) Immediately after taking delivery, I noticed some sound in engine. Took it back, was told very causally that engine mounting is loose, spent more than an hour to get it fixed
2) Noticed oil leakage from engine couple of days later. This time they told me some screw needs to be fixed. Waited for 2 hour than just walked in, noticed they were putting M-Seal to fix that.
Asked them to give in writing about M-Seal, Manager asked to clerk to write M-Seal was already. I asked them why they did not notice two days back when they changed clutch, no answers.I am highlightinh this as lots of people buy Maruti due to service quality. People who have already bought
