I have given by vehicle for denting problem and annual service on 10th of this month at ECIL workshop.
The vehicle was delivered on 27th of this month. I have asked to clear the dents on right hand front door and at the right side head lamp, but your body shop supervisor Syed Gouse and Manager Maharshi had done the boy net and dent near the head lamp and called me to tell that the repair was over.
On seeing the vehicle, I found that right hand front door the dent was not removed and there are still dents.
However the Asst Works Manager Mr Prasad Goud intervened and promised to set right the matter. However, I was at loss of Rs 2000-00 second repair and loss of 9000-00 towards the auto fares since the vehicle was held up in the workshop.
I have never seen such a low cadre staff causing the loss to the customers and such worst workshop in my life
This is not a rare case but I have seen many customers murmuring about the worst kind of treatment and work done
