Iam a proud owner of maruti 800 and I purchased from their dealer varun motors hyderabad way bk in yr 2001, till now every year varun people remind me about service schedules and insurance renewal and thats their commitment towards their customers. Regarding repairs and spares they r quite reasonable and they take customer feedback quite frequently. But some improvements r required regarding people whom they recruit as hiring from best business schools will add a more professional touch .
