I purchased swift car by paying 2000/- as advance payment on Apr 02, 2016. At the time of booking only, I made it clear that I will be getting this car through lease. Dealer told me that you buy accessories after car is delivered and they will adjust initial booking amount in accessories price.
After 3-4 days, lease company paid complete payment of car to dealer and I got the car delivered.
Now after the car is delivered, I purchased some accessories from the dealer, but guess what, they did not adjust the booking amount in the price. They told me that sir you will get money back within 3-4 days.
Now initial booking amount was not adjusted anywhere and dealer was supposed to refund that money.
I did not get any call related to this for first week. I got curios and started following up with customer care. Customer care/executive of varun motors made false promises and keep on delaying the refund cheque.
I sent almost 15-16 emails to customer care, sales executive for 1 month and still could not get my cheque back. It caused me lot of inconvenience and every day I used to get false promises from Varun Motors Banjara Hills.
Finally I got my refund cheque after more than 1 month and guess what, 200/- was less in that amount. I asked cashier and he mentioned that sir you have cancelled the original booking and car got delivered on new booking which was made be lease company.
I advise you to please do not pay any initial amount to this dealer.
