Ta Daaaa!! It's here!!. Review on Vanilla Coke

Well, well, well.....Now Coca Cola has finally gone and done it! Vanilla Coke!

From my review on Coca Cola, you all know that I love the clean, crisp, icy cold taste of Coke. But what you didn't know, was that I have been adding a bit of vanilla syrup to my Coke (as well as my Dr. Pepper) for many, many years!

For some reason, the vanilla brings the taste out and gives it a little pizazz.

It really doesn't add more sweetness to Coke, it just (for lack of better words) highlights the already great and refreshing taste.

Just like you add a little vanilla to your baking to bring out the flavors, that's exactly what the vanilla does to the Coke.

Some people I know say it tastes like a completely different drink now, but I think it still tastes like the good old flavor of Coca Cola, with a special touch.

I have a feeling that the new Vanilla Coke will not go the way of New Coke and disappear after a short while. The New Coke took flavor away, and the Vanilla Coke is an enhancement.

I got to try it before it actually comes out on the market here in the United States because I was selected to join a panel of people ''testing'' a new soft drink. I was not told what it was, but I knew I really liked it.

When I did find out what it was, and that my answers to the survey and taste test contributed to the production, I was delighted!

Vanilla Coke comes out here in mid May some time. I don't know when you will be able to get it....But, when you are able, I urge you to get some and try it...I'm sure you wont be disappointed!
