Gave the written test. after 1 and a half month they call for interview and ask my my current and expected ctc. I clear the interview on the same day. They told me they will call again for 2nd technical round. after one week they call me, I go for the 2nd round(manager). after one week I call them for feedback. I was told I cleared and they are waiting for the slots from the director for the director round.
No feedback for another 2 weeks. I email them and then I get a call for the director round. Before the director round they ask you your current ctc and expected ctc. Next day I send an email for feedback. They call me and tell me to come over for HR discussion. Now here comes the best part. they offer me 30% less than my current CTC. forget the hike they didnt even bother to offer me close to my current ctc. From the first interview I had been clear on my current and expected. I know I will not get my expected CTC but atleast did not expect such an insulting offer.
A girl interviewed with me accepted the offer since her existing salary was already low. Once she joined she was kept on bench for 2+ weeks. She highly regrets joining the company. No work life balance. The HR thinks this is the best testing company in India. 1 year bond to sign. 2 months notice period. They try to maintain their attrition rate so if you try to resign, GOD only help you.
Highly recommend people to not join this company at any cost.
