  1. Fake Reviews- Firstly stop asking people to write good reviews- shame on you guys to beg instead try doing good at minimum levels .

Dictatorship- Firstly don’t think yourselves to be GODS, stop treating people like insects- I really wonder on how these people from HR(miss new bee and miss old timer) are able to bag these awards with such fakeness! That holdings evry where.! Such fakeness . Stop playing with peoples emotions.






May be you guys in HR are paid high for being so ruthless to people but understand for many people its the salary given by you is evrythng but that doesn’t make you GODS moreon’s.




  1. Job Insecurity- how dare you guys can ask employees to leave when ever you want. Stop playing with employees life. Its your incapablility that not able to project the right talent in right place not employees. This job insecurity has already become a wild fire! Enjoy the heat people.




  2. HR-My-my, where to start and where to end this new leader and her leadership- she do need a big round of applause. In the very less time I was in her cabin I could only say that she was just a mask for the leadership who guides her - such dumbness and stupidity, its very evident that she cannot take stress . Miss head HR - stop thinking that you are the ruler of the world. It is sinking ship and you are no different from it . Kindly realise that you are not in zoo dealing with animals you are HR and tackling with human emotions.






5.Family saga- As some one said its a Karan johar movie- their favourites will be given options to bring in the family to this circus and they are promoted too immediately effective next day .


6.Asked to leave - There are big bunch of people out their doing mouth marketing about your organisation. Dont be so ignorant and head weighted that noone can touch you all so called great leaders . Time has come you will see a revolution.


7.Poor IIM hire’s- its sad part that they are unaware of the things happening in this ValueLess place. They would have hired them with high packages but they are covering it up by laying off people without giving the notice period. Be ready to be sued for this.


8.Buttering Factor- you guys out there has good buttering factor in you then you are good to go - you can bag a job here in this org. Recently the management of the company has been taken over by bunch of crooked people to fulfill their selfish motives, as part of it they have identified few people from each team and they all are given double triple promotions in appraisals for the best shoe licking and back biting done by them(HR STANDS OUT IN IT). Hats off to all of them . Its all about projection and you really need not do any work to get promoted here in this place - seriously we all in this place seen n seeing it.




  1. Hire and fire company- Miss new head HR- dont you think its high time that you have to stop nodding your head for evrythng! Atleast while sending people out of organisation ruthlessly by targeting being at your level try to oppose and not support and if this continues you can only survive here in this organisation be prepared for it.Stop following the use and throw policy don’t forget your day will come too!




  2. There is also a benifit of loosing your life span by min 10-15 years for working in this place because of the work life imbalance and stress given.




  3. Learn to treat women employees with dignity dont treat giving birth and child care to be a curse( its their right to go on mat leave) . Stop treating them like worthless people if they are going and coming after mat leave. Shockingly even women leaders and managers also treat them ruthlessly. Shame on you guys. All the awards you are bagging are up for sale?






Also its very evident that if you are in good books with Mr Bhanu you are good to breath in this place if not the management will stooop to a level that you will be targeted with stupidity.
